Z’Tejas Launches Fresh Spring Menu Items!



BELLEVUE, WA – Spring is finally in the air and what better way to celebrate than with fresh, new brunch, lunch and dinner menu items at Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill in Bellevue? Don’t forget about the Weekend Fun Bar, a do-it-yourself mimosa and Bloody Mary station available during Z’Tejas brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  


A few of the newest fresh and flavorful innovations on the Z’Tejas menus include:

  • Ahi Chipotle Citrus Bites (lunch and dinner)– Ahi tuna, mango, jicama atop house-made crispy tostada rounds, topped with avocado wasabi aïoli ($11.75) *pictured above
  • Green Chile Pork Nachos (lunch and dinner)– Tender pork simmered in green chiles and ancho peppers with tortilla chips, melted Jack cheese, borracho bean and fresh jalapeños, served with hand-hacked guacamole ($10)
  • Pepita Crusted Chicken (lunch and dinner) – Cilantro pesto chicken breast coated with pumpkin seeds, layered with sweet potato hash, spinach, artichokes and mushrooms, served with roasted poblano sauce ($12.25)
  • Grown Up Grilled Cheese (lunch only)  –Brioche bread layered with Asadero and Parmesan cheeses, served with choice of cup of soup or side salad. Choice of: Roasted Mushroom, Smoked Chicken, Beef Barbacoa or Green Chile Pork ($12.95)
  • Tamari Tuna (dinner only)– Ahi tuna rolled in black and white sesame seeds seared and served atop a tamari cream sauce with green chile rice, seasonal vegetables, pickled ginger and ancho chile glaze ($22.95)
  • Peppercorn Crusted Filet (dinner only)– Filet topped with roasted mushroom herb demi-glace, au gratin potatoes and grilled mixed vegetables ($25.95)
  • Shrimp Omelet with Andouille Veracruz (brunch only) –  Whipped omelet stuffed with sautéed shrimp, peppers, mango, herbs and goat cheese, topped with a spicy tomato andouille sauce, served with breakfast potatoes ($14.50)
