Lloyd Martin’s Anniversary Dinner on Oct. 6

Seattle – Lloyd Martin is celebrating its first year with an anniversary dinner coming up on October 6 featuring all game meat. Chef-owner Sam Crannell will be offering a 5 course menu of favorite dishes. These are the favorites of critics and guests; the ones that keep getting written about and that guests keep on ordering.
In true Lloyd Martin fashion, the menu will be determined by the freshest ingredients available on Oct. 6, but guests can expect these dishes, plus a few palate-driven surprises:

  • Rabbit Raviolis with Truffle nage
  • Elk Bolognese with huckleberry (possibly bison, depending on availability)
  • Veal with caraway and caramelized apple
  • Molasses Roasted Pork

Price for the 5 course menu is $65, including a glass of champagne; excluding tax and gratuity. Wine pairings with each course are availabe for an additional $40. Guests will also have the option of tapping into Sam’s highly coveted library wines including brunellos, barolos, and opus one, all from the 1990’s and early 2000s (price will depend on the wines).

Seating is limited to only 30 people for the evening. Note that this will be staggered seating throughout the night, not one big family table. Reservations are required.
