Fresh Puget Sound Halibut Arrives at Elliott’s Oyster House

Elliott’s Oyster House is pleased to announce the arrival of fresh Puget Sound Halibut to the menu!

The recent inclement weather has delayed the usual kick off to this year’s Halibut season, but this succulent fish should be available for diners at Elliott’s starting this week.

Robert Spaulding, executive chef, will be serving the Halibut lightly smoked and grilled with mustard spaetzle, brussels sprouts leaves and bacon-beer emulsion.
