Dine Around Seattle and American Lamb Board Team Up: Vote To Win $250 Grand Prize

WHO WILL TAKE THE CROWN?
This March, Dine Around Seattle teams up with The American Lamb Board to celebrate all things lamb, and crown Seattle’s first Lamb Champ. From skirt steaks and shanks, to T-bones and osso bucco, 16 participating Dine Around Seattle restaurants will offer their finest American lamb dish to be voted on by Dine Around Seattle diners. Restaurant goers will have the opportunity to vote online for their favorite dish with one lucky restaurant receiving the coveted title of Lamb Champ. The winning restaurant will receive $500, and each voter will be entered to win a $250 Grand Prize, lamb swag, and $100 restaurant gift certificates.

“We’re so excited to showcase the delicious, creative dishes that Dine Around Seattle chefs are crafting with American Lamb, and especially happy to support our Northwest lamb ranchers with this contest,” said Christine Hanna of Seattle Good Business Network.

The American Lamb Board is excited about the rise in interest in lamb. “Chefs are really starting to embrace local lamb and use a variety of cuts and cooking methods. There are many lamb lovers in the Seattle market; and the Lamb Champ Competition keeps American lamb and local producers top of mind in a fun way with the “vote for your favorite” component on-line.”
