Bastille Day at Red Cow

SEATTLE – La Fête Nationale comes to Madrona this year at Red Cow! On Monday, July 14, the celebration is on, with specials all night and lots of bubbly toasts to freedom, equality, brotherhood, and steak!  The happy hour menu, with its $5 glasses of wine and $10 burger, will be available all night long in the bar and on the patio.

There’ll be additional celebratory specials on oysters and wine too—that’s how the révolutionnaires would have wanted it. The Red Cow menu will grow for the day with the addition of classic French dishes like Coq au Vin, Ratatouille, and Pissaladière, a traditional focaccia dish from the South of France.

Chef Thom Koschwanez will have a little amuse bouche for everyone to start their meal with as they celebrate Bastille Day! Come down and join Red Cow for the happy holiday.

Red Cow, located at 1423 34th Ave in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood, opened in February of 2014. Chef Ethan Stowell’s steak frites-focused restaurant serves a collection of brasserie classics alongside a robust wine list and full bar. The modern space provides a vibrant atmosphere for the neighborhood and beyond. Red Cow is open for dinner from 5pm to 10pm daily, 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Happy hour is daily from 5pm to 6pm in the bar area. For more information or reservations, call 206.454.7932 or visit www.ethanstowellrestaurants.com.
