The Smeraldo Family is proud to announce the newest addition to Bellevue’s fine dining landscape opening this September. Carmine’s will provide an exceptional work environment with an exclusive clientele in an upscale, white tablecloth experience well-suited for celebration, business and special occasions. Carmine’s is looking to fill all positions in Front and Back of House including:

Lunch and Dinner: Servers, Bartenders, Bussers, Lead Front Desk; all positions in the kitchen including expertise in Garde Manger & Pastry.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working in fine dining a must
  • Outstanding guest relationship skills as well as superior wine and food knowledge
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts (weekends, holidays, etc.) based on the needs of the restaurant volume; candidates should have open availability
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
