Daniel’s Broiler to Host Exclusive Four-Course Plant-Based Dinner Paired with Vegan Wine

Seattle’s iconic restaurant Daniel’s Broiler will be hosting an exclusive four-course, plant-based dinner paired with vegan wine on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 6 p.m. Join guest speaker Stewart Rose, Vice President of the Vegetarians of Washington and Luke Wohlers, sommelier and owner of Seattle-based wine company Walden Selections, for an evening of featured courses paired with an array of distinctive wines.

Stewart Rose helps operate the largest vegetarian society in the country, has authored and coauthored two notable pro-vegetarian based books and is co-coordinator of Seattle’s highly attended Vegfest. A pioneer for plant-based diets in the medical field, Rose aims to share his passion with others.
