Seattle, WA – Ballard based burger sensation has recently opened its doors to downtown Bellevue.  The second location will now give fans on the Eastside of the bridge to dive into their raving shakes and award winning burgers.  The mastermind behind the creative “MacGyver-like” culinary vision is Scott Simpson, who got his inspiration from his mother.

The Bellevue Lunchbox location offers guests a similar interior feel like Seattle with its vintage lunchboxes and eclectic art on the walls.  You can find yourself a full bar with all the “world’s best burger” creations at this location.

Some of the awards won include: America’s Best Bites: Top 5 Burgers, Food Network: 50 states, 50 burgers, Epicurious: The best burgers in America

The new restaurant’s interior is similar to Seattle’s with vintage lunchboxes and eclectic art on the walls. Downtown Bellevue’s Lunchbox Laboratory will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week, serving lunch, dinner and a daily “Kick Ass Hour” from 3 to 6 p.m.
