Snouts and Stouts at Little Water Cantina

Little Water Cantina to host inaugural Snouts & Stouts event 

SEATTLE, WA – Join us for a whole hog roast, great local beer and music the last Sunday of every month.   The inaugural “Snouts & Stouts” cookout is scheduled for February 26th with Odin Brewing and the old time musical renderings of Squirrel Butter (www.squirrelbutter.com).  $15 gets you a huge plate of roast pork tacos and one of Odin’s beers.  Little Water Cantina will have their entire lineup on tap for you to try for only $4 a glass.

Little Water Cantina will also be celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special menu! The regular menu will be available, plus a Pacific Northwest shellfish tasting menu: oysters, mussels, clams, spot prawns and dungeness crab will all be featured alongside craft cocktails, bubbles and wine. The photo above is one many amazing tostadas served.  The Vanilla-Cider Pork Tostadas consists of pig shoulder braised in apple cider with vanilla and chilies, ancho bark, pickled red onion, house made queso fresco, micro cilantro.
