Cocktail Recipe: Elliott’s Oyster House Juniper Flip


SEATTLE, WA – TIME Magazine food columnist Josh Ozersky (@ozerskytv) calls it “an intoxicating booze smoothie.” Elliott’s Juniper Flip ($10) is “a modern variation on an obscure cocktail,” combining Bombay Sapphire gin, St. Germain elderflower liquor, hibiscus syrup, fresh grapefruit juice and a whole beaten egg.

1-1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz St. Germain
1/2 oz Hibiscus Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 Egg, beaten
