Pintxo’s New Brunch Menu Launches June 2nd

By Jenni Liu

SEATTLE, WA — Located in the heart of Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, Pintxo, is a modern spanish-style tapas restaurant with hand-crafted specialty cocktails. They are open for happy hour and dinner Tuesday-Sunday, but beginning Saturday, June 2nd, Pintxo will begin serving weekend brunch.

SAMPLE BRUNCH MENU

Entrees:
  • French Toast – Texas toast, candied pecans, and dulce de leche
  • Poached Egg – Poached egg, grilled green onions, crispy toast
  • Crab Cakes – Dungeness crab cake, fried quail egg, smoked pepper aioli
  • Spanish Hash – Potato, red & green pepper, onion, serrano ham and chorizo with fried egg.

Sides:

  • Spring Salad
  • Breakfast Potato
  • Chicken-Apple Sausage
  • Bacon

The French Toast was one of the best with just the right amount of sweetness. The bread was moist and almost had the consistency of bread pudding. The dulce de leche glaze is decadent and combined with the crunch of the candied pecans, made for a delicious bite. The smoked pepper aioli on the Crab Cakes complemented the subtle flavors of the Dungeness crab. The Spanish Hash was full of interesting components with a nice balance of vegetables to meat and potatoes.
