SEATTLE, WA— POP Kitchen + Bar announces the launch of new main, happy hour and drink menus. Conveniently located at Seattle’s EMP, POP Kitchen + Bar provides guests with a fresh and hip culinary experience while maintaining Seattle’s laidback atmosphere.
Chefs Gary Asmus and Erin Cameron spiced up their main menu by providing new items such as heirloom tomato salad with fresh mozzarellaand a mouthwatering housemade meatball sandwich. Items on the main menu will be served from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. with happy hour from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. For those with smaller appetites try out POP’s new happy hour menu or drink menu including Loaded Potato Chips, rocktails and dessert martinis, as well as old favorites such as Chinese Chicken Salad.

The Housemade Meatball Sandwich
Handmade Angus beef and pork meatballs served on fresh bread and topped with tomato basil sauce and ricotta cheese ($14)
