BELLEVUE – Chefs Sophie and Eric Banh, along with bar manager, Jon Christiansen, welcome Orlin Sorensen of Woodinville Whiskey Co. to Monsoon East on November 5 for a multi-course dinner featuring creative cocktails.
Sorensen, co-founder and distiller at Woodinville Whiskey, will join guests at the dinner to talk whiskey and distilling. The multi-course dinner of modern Vietnamese food will be complemented by creative cocktails made using Woodinville Whiskey.
Christiansen will serve The Green Monster made with Woodinville’s White Dog Whiskey, Green Chartreuse, Lime, and Thai Basil and Angels Share made with barrel aged White Dog Whiskey, Orchard Pear Liqueur, Dolin Blanc, and Rhubarb Bitters. A sampling of Woodinville’s handcrafted bourbon and rye whiskey will also be served.
