Cocktail Recipe: BroVo Spirits Launches New Spearmint Liqueur

broVo liqueurs are all made with botanical ingredients organically grown in Washington State. They are made from ingredients harvested at the peak of their season, shipped overnight on ice from across the state to be slow distilled in small batches to maximize the flavor profile. They are then sweetened with agave nectar.

The broVo Mojito is a featured cocktail in broVo’s 60 Days of Summer tourism promotion. Once again broVo has teamed up with bartenders from more than 40 local restaurants and bars to create summer themed cocktails, using broVo’s liqueur and Amaro line. Just in time for summer, try this Mojito cocktail recipe using the new broVo mint liqueur:
broVo Mojito
1 1/2 oz. rum
3/4 oz. broVo Spearmint
1 oz. lime juice
3 oz. club soda
