Tavolàta chef Brian Clevenger has a late-summer celebration of local salmon planned for the next installment of his Sunday Feast Dinner Series on September 8. The menu showcases salmon in four preparations, accompanied by ripe summer produce and topped off with a light panna cotta.

Dinner is $65 per person and as the Sunday Feasts often sell out, reservations are highly recommended.

Bruschetta with olive oil poached salmon, pickled onion, and parsley
Gem Lettuce with avocado, grapefruit, and champagne vinaigrette

Second:

Agnolotti with salmon belly, sweet corn, and pancetta

Third:

Salt Roasted King Salmon with arugula and radish
Whole Smoked Sockeye Salmon with fennel and lemon

Sides:

Grilled Carrots with rosemary and orange
Heirloom Tomatoes with basil and lemon aioli

Fourth:

Panna Cotta with blackberry, cinnamon, and basil

Dinner will be served family style at the communal table (tavolàta) where seating is limited to 26 guests. Dinner begins at 6pm and the cost is $65 per person. Reservations are required. Please call 206.838.8008 to reserve your spot.
