Sibling chefs Sophie and Eric Banh have planned a sumptuous, celebratory menu for New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, in Bellevue at Monsoon East. Dinner (on from 5pm) is $70/person, and reservations are highly recommended. Monsoon East will be open for lunch on New Year’s Eve at 11:30am as usual, and happy hour is from 3pm to 6pm in the bar.
