Experience A Great Place to Taste at Seattle’s Premier Food and Wine Event

Taste a world tour of wine, beer, spirits and all things culinary at the Seattle Wine and Food Experience February 23

The city’s premier food and wine event, the Seattle Wine and Food Experience (SWFE), is back for a sixth year Sunday, February 23, 2014 (12-5 pmVIP, 1-5 pm General Admission) at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. Guests experience a world tour of wine with special focus on wines from featured wine region Woodinville Wine Country and an array of craft spirits, beer, cider and Northwest chef prepared gourmet bites. Throughout the gastronomical event guests will learn about and taste a wide offering of quality products through “experiences” and event features. New to this year’s event experiences is the Les Dames d’Escofier Alley where talented members of the organization will showcase their products, food and beverages.

“The Seattle Wine and Food Experience is the largest event in the area that offers a wide range of food and beverage from the West Coast and abroad,” said Jamie Peha, owner of Peha Promotions, TableTalk Northwest and producer of SWFE. “Guests receive a well-rounded tasting and educational experience with the opportunity to compare wines from different regions, taste through regional spirits and learn more about the growing beer and cider industries.”

Tickets for this year’s event are on sale now at www.seattlewineandfoodexperience.com. General Admission tickets are $55. New this year is an optional VIP ticket is available to guests for $65 and includes one hour early entry, custom event tote bag, wine glass and tasting plate, plus, an opportunity to win a variety of prizes including a wine trip weekend for two to Woodinville Wine Country, tickets to July’s Wine Rocks event and more. Ticket prices include access to all areas of the event. No one under 21 will be admitted and ID is required.
