How does a three-course gourmet meal for $30 sound? No, it’s not Restaurant Week. FareStart’s Guest Chef Nights are kicking off for 2014, with dinners every Thursday night this month. January will feature guest chefs Amy Beaumier of Dragonfish Café, Matt Brandsey of El Gaucho, Christian Chandler of Serafina, and Matt Janke of Lecosho.

All proceeds from Guest Chef Night go towards FareStart job training and placement programs for homeless and disadvantaged individuals. Since 1994, Guest Chef Nights have raised more than $4.5 million to support FareStart’s job training programs.
