Chef Jason Wilson’s Crush Restaurant Turns 9 Years Old

Award-winning Crush restaurant is celebrating its 9 year anniversary on Saturday, February 22! Chef Jason Wilson and his wife and partner Nicole Wilson, earned acclaim at Crush with its Modern American approach to cuisine. The restaurant that earned Jason his James Beard Award: Best New Chef Northwest, is popping the champagne with a $90 multi-course menu, optional wine pairing $75.

Notable menu items include: Roasted Cauliflower and Black Truffle Soup with Monterey Squid “risotto,” mint and dill; Roasted Hawaiian Mero Sea Bass with beet truffle emulsion, black garlic, coriander-mint churi and ash roasted sunchoke; and Montana Beef Eye or Rib with Parsley Vinaigrette, Carrot in Chamomile butter, Black Trumpet Bone Marrow Puree and Kale.
