Scotty Browns has recently opened its third restaurant expanding its focus on great food and great experiences to Bellevue inside the 958 Elements Building. The “sleek” “well-designed” neighborhood restaurant in the small city of Bellingham is growing up and hitting the big leagues. The restaurant focuses on a much larger bar area and less on the typical dining room setting.
The vibe we got was unpretentious service, warmth, and an everyday neighborhood bar where people can hang out, enjoy an intimate dinner and chill with friends. Large parties will have to plan ahead as the space is limited, but come summer the beautiful outdoor patio can be your next place to have a high energy gathering.
Final thoughts: We recommend this place! They are still working out the kinks, so be easy now.
