“We’re so excited to showcase the delicious, creative dishes that Dine Around Seattle chefs are crafting with American Lamb, and especially happy to support our Northwest lamb ranchers with this contest,” said Christine Hanna of Seattle Good Business Network.
The American Lamb Board is excited about the rise in interest in lamb. “Chefs are really starting to embrace local lamb and use a variety of cuts and cooking methods. There are many lamb lovers in the Seattle market; and the Lamb Champ Competition keeps American lamb and local producers top of mind in a fun way with the “vote for your favorite” component on-line.”
