Family Thanksgiving Buffet at Four Seasons Thursday, November 26, 2015, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Adults: $60; Children ages 6 – 12: $25; Children 5 and under: free
Families can hang-up their aprons and leave the grocery list behind for an effortless traditional Thanksgiving buffet at Four Seasons, featuring quintessential fall fixings and breathtaking views of Elliott Bay at an amazing value. Held at the Four Seasons Ballroom and Foyer, the fall menu is perfect for large families and groups and includes favorites like beef prime rib, roasted organic turkey and butternut squash ravioli.The chefs haven’t forgotten about all the fixings: butternut and apple soup, wild mushroom bread pudding, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, roasted yams, roasted green beans and more. Join Chef Joe Ritchie and his team at Goldfinch Tavern for a three-course Thanksgiving feast. Start with family-style appetizers such as fried oysters; tuna tartare; caviar & cauliflower cream and more. Then choose your own entrée, from prime rib of Wagyu beef and roasted organic turkey breast to seared steelhead and goat cheese ravioli. No Thanksgiving feast is complete with out the sides: wild mushroom bread pudding; Yukon gold mashed potatoes; roasted yams; roasted green beans and cranberry sauce. End Thanksgiving with sweet treats such as classic pumpkin pie; warm chocolate pecan tarts or cinnamon dusted donut holes.Kids have their own three-course menu to choose from.
