Wild Ginger opens two new fast-casual locations called Wild Ginger Kitchen, that will bring customers a convenient and affordable option.
Wild Ginger Kitchen, one in the Whole Foods 365 store in Bellevue Square Mall and one located inside Swedish First Hill, will provide freshly-made meals for customers on the go, for around $10. Menu items will include Wild Ginger favorites like Angkor Wat Chicken ($8), Vietnamese Beef Stew ($9), Cauliflower and Tofu Curry ($7) and Chicken Chieu Salad ($10) (full to-go menu for Swedish attached).
The grand opening celebration for both locations is on October 27th.
