Behind the Bottle Special Dinner at RN74 with Executive Chef, Thomas Griese

RN74 will host their annual Harvest Wine Dinner on Wednesday, October 25 as they celebrate Washington’s Grape Harvest! This incredible dinner will feature several wines from four rising star winemakers, including RN74’s own Jeff Lindsay-Thorsen (also of W.T. Vintners).

To highlight the harvest offerings, RN74’s recently appointed Executive Chef Thomas Griese will prepare a five-course French brasserie dinner, paired with wine from each winemaker: W.T. VintnersSavage Grace, Two Vintners and Kevin White. The menu includes:

  • Hamachi Crudo: hearts of palm, pineapple-mango gelée, yuzu kosho marinade, micro mache
  • Roasted Venison Saddle: fall quince, huckleberry, Thumbelina carrot, salsify croustillant
  • Squab Crepinette: foie gras farce, celeriac puree, blackberry & fermented blueberry jus
