For the first time, Chef Jason Stoneburner of Stoneburner restaurant in Ballard will be serving up an elegant prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu that includes Caviar Dip & Chips, Dungeness Crab Salad, Caramelized Cauliflower Agnolotti, Grilled Lamb Loin and La Royale (along with equally satisfying vegetarian options). In addition to the prix-fixe menu, Stoneburner will offer specialty cocktails, a “Bubbles for Lovers” wine flight, and will have a limited a la carte “Bar Lovers” menu that will be offered for walk-ins at the bar.
