Capital Grille, known for nationally renowned dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and acclaimed world-class wines is kicking up the cocktail menu with new bites and sips to go along with it.
The menu will be available from 3-6 p.m., Monday-Friday, you can now enjoy cocktail time by the bottle, by the glass, and by the board in the comfort of The Capital Grille’s elegant lounge with the brand new cocktail time features menu.
Menu items will include Our Butcher Boards featuring Charcuterie & Cheese Board, Oysters Casino and three different slider varieties: Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders, Korean Fried Chicken Sliders and Mini Tenderloin Sliders. Our popular cocktail plates to share, including Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers, Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella, Lollipop Lamp Chops and Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Mango and Sriracha, will also be available.
While guests are always able to choose from over 350 wine selections hand-selected by our Advanced Sommelier, Brian Phillips, wines by the glass will be offered at $8 for offerings such as Elevation, Pinot Grigio ’16, Rustic Canyon, Chardonnay ’16, Sidecar, Pinot Noir ’15 and Gallery Row, Cabernet Sauvignon ’15.
Additionally, the below newly introduced bottle cocktails are available for $10, while local beers are available at $6 per bottle (*canned in Seattle):
- The Churchill: Makers Mark bourbon, lemon juice and hibiscus honey syrup
- Nine to Five: Tito’s Vodka, fresh tangerine juice and elderflower cordial
- Slow Ride: 1800 Silver Tequila, fresh grapefruit juice and ginger syrup
