We’re ready to eat those pressed burgers in the coveted baked bun.
Shake Shake Seattle will be opening tomorrow, 10/11 at 11AM in the dynamic downtown South Lake Union neighborhood (2115 Westlake Avenue).
The first Seattle location will be serving up a Seattle-exclusive burger made from a selection of local ingredients. The Montlake Double Cut features a Washington State all-natural beef double cheeseburger with Beecher’s ‘Just Jack’ cheese, caramelized onions + grainy mustard mayo on a Macrina Bakery bun.
Even sweeter? 5% of sales from the Pie Oh My concrete support their community partner, YouthCare.
Pro tips:
Keep it local. The Montlake Double Cut was developed in partnership with Crowd Cow, a Seattle-based startup. They sourced the meat from two local Washington farms: Gebbers Cattle Farm + Hutterian Farm. It’s grass-fed, pasture-raised, craft-grain finished and, like all of our meat, hormone + antibiotic free!
Snag some swag! The first 100 guests in line when doors open at 11AM will score a special Seattle Shack tee.
The art of Shack. Behind the ordering kiosks, peep the installation by local artist Jesse Brown.
