Seattle, WA — Executive Chef Ryan Donaldson today announced new weekly specials and expanded menu selections including seasonal changes, updates to signature dinner and brunch dishes, and a robust hand-crafted cocktail menu launched this month.
The new menu features a full selection for happy hour, dinner, dessert, and weekend brunch. Large and small plate highlights include roasted beets and wild arugula, grilled octopus, Grimmaud Farms duck leg au Vin, and Carlton Farms braised pork cheeks. On the brunch menu diners can expect buttermilk fried chicken and waffles, eggs baked in piperade with crispy polenta cakes, and lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote. The dessert menu is a mix of fresh ideas using unique techniques such as seasonally prepared beignets and orange and Ceylon-cinnamon crème brûlée.
Gather’s menu changes seasonally (updated weekly online) and focuses on Northwest farm to table cuisine influenced by international cultures prepared with classic Spanish and French technique.
Gather’s cocktail menu offers a variety of spirits with bases all made from scratch. The bar also provides a selection of craft beer featuring eight local breweries and food friendly wines. The new Happy Hour menu features daily specials and expanded hours, including all-day Wednesday and late night from 8:00-10:00PM on Friday and Saturday.
