Copper River Salmon season has arrived with the return of the legendary Copper River Salmon to Prince William Sound and the cold swift waters of Copper River.
An annual tradition at Elliott’s Oyster House, Executive Chef Robert Spaulding picked up the first catch of the season this morning and will be serving the delicious Copper River Salmon to Elliott’s guests, for lunch and dinner today!
Executive Chef Robert Spaulding has created a Grilled Copper River Salmon entrée, served with garlic butter, Washington asparagus, warm spring potato and tomato salad, and preserved lemon cream, to showcase the distinct flavors of this freshly caught salmon.
