Ray’s Café in Ballard has a limited summer menu offered August 1-15 with some fun new items!
First up “The Deadliest Cocktail” – Ray’s Bloody Mary with house infused spicy vodka, a giant Bering Sea King Crab Leg garnish and a spicy rim for $44.
Additionally the Café will offer a Dungeness Crab Roll with fennel and green apple slaw on a New England style hot dog roll for $24 with the option to add a glass of chilled 2016 Brick House Estate Vineyard Chardonnay (Ribbon Ridge, OR) for $16.
Plus a House Smoked Salmon Salad with local snap peas, frisee and green goddess dressing, $14. And for dessert a Washington Blueberry-Passion Fruit Parfait with coconut panna cotta, passion fruit chai and local blueberries, $10.
