The First Ever Dining Series on Lumen Field touches down

SEATTLE — SE Productions has joined forces with Lumen Field to launch a one-of-a-kind outdoor dining series that Seattle has never seen before. ‘Field to Table’ has worked with local chefs and restaurateurs to create a unique opportunity that turns the field into a giant outdoor dining room where the public gets to enjoy an on-field four-course dinner within covered and heated outdoor spaces. Your chance to grab a seat at one of these tables is limited; the series launches on Thursday, February 18 and continues every Wednesday to Sunday through March 7.

The first chefs to kick-off the series on Feb. 18 are Chef Jason Wilson of The Lakehouse and Roy Breiman of Columbia Hospitality. Seatings are available at 5:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

The rotating chef lineup confirmed thus far includes:

  • Jason Wilson (The Lakehouse) – February 18
  • Roy Breiman (Columbia Hospitality) – February 18
  • Matt Lewis (Where Ya at Matt) – February 19
  • Sabrina Tinsley (Osteria la Spiga) – February 25 & 26
  • Dre Neeley (Gravy on Vashon) – February 28
  • Maximilian Petty (Eden Hill) – March 3
  • Jason Stoneburner (Stoneburner) – March 4
  • John Sundstrom (Lark) – March 5
  • Trey Lemont (Jerk Shack) – March 6
  • Liz Kenyon (Rupee Bar & Manolin) – March 7

Chefs will curate a prix-fixe four-course meal with the choice of a meat/seafood-based option or a vegetarian option. Groups of two to six people from a maximum of two households can enjoy an open-air outdoor dining experience. Masks will be required when not seated and all tables will be safely distanced from others. All dinner reservations are prepaid online, where you can view the menu and select your culinary journey. Make your reservation and check out the developing chef lineup by visiting www.fieldtotable.us. The menu will be priced at $100 per person + tax and service charge, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase through contactless, cashless ordering on-site. Ages 21 and over only.

SE Productions has additional guest experiences in store, including a unique photo opportunity and the option to purchase a field goal kick with proceeds benefiting Big Table. Big Table is the only non-profit in the country focused on providing both triage crisis care and ongoing coaching and support for restaurant and hospitality workers in need.

“We’re beyond excited to partner with Lumen Field to offer a dining series that not only benefits our chef partners & industry professionals but also provides consumers an opportunity to experience outdoor dining in a truly one-of-a-kind environment. We’re proud to leverage the massive footprint of the football field & operational infrastructure to ensure that we exceed spacing and distancing requirements as well as all local, state and national guidance.” – Sam Minkoff, Founder of SE Productions.
