Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge at LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE just released a 4-course prix fixe menu featuring the best of early-summer local produce such as berries, Rainier cherries, foraged mushrooms, fiddlehead fern and more. Menu highlights include Corn Velouté, Smoked Duck Breast, Black Cod, Wild Ramp Cavatelli as well as a deconstructed “Carrot Cake.”
This will be available now through the end of June – embrace the fullness of life and daylight as we celebrate the summer solstice at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge, seated high above Fifth Avenue overlooking Elliott Bay and Downtown Seattle.
The Summer Solstice Dinner experience includes a complimentary welcome beverage and valet parking for up to 2 hours. Cost is $65 per person (excludes tax & gratuity) and reservations are available Wednesdays and Thursdays only through June 30th, 2021, via Open Table for seatings at 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
