Jack’s BBQ Plans New Location in Bellingham

SEATTLE – Jack’s BBQ is heading south of the border – the Canadian border that is – with plans to open its 5th location in Bellingham this year. Jack has heard the call from up north for quality BBQ and he aims to answer it in true Central Texas style! The newest member of the Jack’s BBQ family will be located at 1327 N State St. in downtown Bellingham within the space formerly occupied by the Station Social House and Copper Hog restaurants and is targeted for a December 2021 opening.

The new spot will be home to two 18 foot long three chamber offset mega smokers which will be made locally in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood. All smoked meats will be made on site daily using the same techniques that has made Jack a household name when it comes to BBQ in Seattle.  In addition, the spot will feature an outdoor patio open on a seasonal basis and regular visits with Proprietor and Pit Master Jack Timmons.

Jack’s BBQ Bellingham will feature a full menu like its other full-service restaurants in Seattle’s SoDo and South Lake Union neighborhoods as well as its Algona location. Meat by the pound will be available along with sides by the quart with a full bar serving a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. In addition, Jack will bring the Brisket Burger Experience up north and will feature a variety of burgers every day.

More news about Jack’s newest location and an exact opening date will come as construction and remodel progresses. Stay tuned!
