Executive Chef and Restaurateur Brian Clevenger Opens G.H. Pasta and Pizza in West Seattle

Executive Chef and Restaurateur Brian Clevenger has announced his highly anticipated new West Seattle restaurant G.H. Pasta and Pizza is officially open.

The menu boasts fan favorite large bowls of fresh pastas, a variety of 12” pizzas with rotating specials, starters, and salads all at approachable prices. The 2000sf space features indoor seating for 40, multiple TVs in the adult only area, and will feature a huge year-round heated outdoor patio that accommodates 75. 

An extensive bar program offers 20 taps showcasing breweries throughout Seattle and across Washington state. The beer selection will be accompanied by seasonal hand-crafted signature cocktails highlighting spirits from local distilleries and around the world, frozen drinks, and a full selection of local and Italian wines.

“We’re so excited to finally be bringing our G.H. Pasta and Pizza concept to West Seattle. It was very well received at our pop up in Eastlake and something we think is a great fit for this community,” said Clevenger. 

The restaurant hosted a soft opening on November 22nd and donated 100% of net proceeds (more than $1,700) to the West Seattle Food Bank. “Our priorities align with their mission of taking care of neighbors, and we’re proud to support them in any way we can,” said Clevenger. 

The restaurant will launch its Primetime Seahawks campaign this Thursday when the Seahawks take on the Dallas Cowboys. They’ll be offering food and drink specials throughout every Seahawk game this season, including their G.H./Seapine Lager for $5.

To support the large West Seattle space and expected guest traffic, the Eastlake G.H. Pasta and Pizza location has moved all staff and operations to the new location. 

Chef Brian Clevenger opened his first award winning restaurant – Vendemmia – in 2015. Since then, he has successfully launched an additional 5 restaurants across Seattle and a Seafood market in the Madrona neighborhood. He is known for offering a selection of handmade pastas, fresh local vegetables, and a variety of seafood and protein dishes highlighting fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. 

G.H. Pasta and Pizza is located at 7500 35th Ave SW, and open Sunday – Thursday from 4-9pm, and Friday and Saturday from 4-10pm, with happy hour menus from 4-5pm daily, and 9-10pm Friday and Saturday.
