The Glice rink celebration begins at 5 p.m. and offers a joyful, family-oriented evening complete with party favors, upbeat music, and unlimited access to the synthetic ice-skating rink. At 9 p.m. as the ball drops in Times Square, the event will feature a celebratory toast with bubbles for adults and sparkling cider for children. In addition to the Glice rink celebration, the hotel’s Waters Table will offer a special New Year’s Eve holiday menu available through midnight. It will feature fresh oysters, classic steak tartare, braised lamb shank served over pappardelle, Chilean seabass, and a prime tomahawk ribeye. The restaurant will also feature a complimentary champagne toast at 12 a.m. and a secret late-night menu available after midnight helping guests continue the celebration. Waters Table will also be open for brunch on New Year’s Day and throughout the weekend from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. giving families and guests a relaxed way to start the new year.
