Seattle launches first Zagat Presents event
SEATTLE, WA – Zagat lands in Seattle with its first Zagat Presents event at Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar. The Presents Program is a program that brings exclusive dining events in the city’s most popular restaurants.
For the first event, Seastar chef, John Howie will be prepping an exclusive five-course meal, showcasing the Northwest’s most sought-after ingredient – the black truffle – at their ultra-chic hotspot. Each course will be paired perfectly with wines selected by wine director and advanced sommelier Erik Liedholm, who will describe the art of juxtaposing the Northwest’s finest two gems (black truffles and wine, of course)!
