Seattle, WA – Valentine’s Day is in a few days and what better way to spend it than with someone special in your life.  Urbane in Seattle, is offering guests a special Valentine’s Menu that is comprised of locally produced ingredients along with an excellent pairing of wines with each dish.

Our restaurant menus and décor are inspired by the culinary spoils of the Pacific Northwest, and we take great pride in working with our local farmers and producers to ensure quality and dependability. Our lounge has become a neighbourhood favourite for happy hour or pre-theater drinks and bites. Our team of mixologists create one-of-a-kind specialty and classic cocktails to pair with our small plate offerings.

Tomorrow’s exclusive menu: Seattle’s eco-friendly farm-to-table restaurant will be offering a Saint Valentine’s Day menu for two on Feb. 14 for $65 per person or $77 per person which includes two additional supplemental dishes.

Saint Valentine’s Day Menu: Dinner for 2
Option 1:
– amuse of  celeriac bisque with duck confit & cracklings
– asian pear salad with arugula, almonds & truffle vinaigrette
– half dozen oysters on the half shell with champagne mignonette* (supplemental dish)
– grilled ribeye with whipped potatoes, asparagus & oregon black truffle sauce
