Kōbo Holiday Pop Ups
December 21-24 – Hot Beverage Pop Up
Chef Shota Nakajima is putting his spin on winter classics at Kōbo! Enjoy hot chocolate and mulled cider unlike ever before with his Miso Hot Chocolate and Sesame Cider Latte. The beverages are non-alcoholic and there’s a dairy-free vegan option but for those who want to imbibe the Redhook bar can set them up with shots to add to each. Drinks are available only on December 21-24 from 5-9:30 p.m.
December 28-31 – Red Sauce Pizza Pop Up
Kōbo is seeing out 2022 with a culinary tribute to New York pizza! Join them as they cook up 12” round pies drawing inspiration from both the classic NY slice joints and Neapolitan style pizza, with sides inspired by favorite menu items from pizza joints of the East Coast. Enjoy toppings such as golden brown pepperoni cups, sausage and broccoli rabe, sides like mozzarella sticks and antipasto, plus cannoli dip for dessert! The full pop up menu will be available December 28-31 from 5-9:30 p.m. and Kōbo’s regular menu will not be offered during this time.
