Ming China Bistro Seattle just opened in the beautiful Green Lake Park area introducing authentic Szechuan cuisine. The restaurant will offer guests live local seafood selections and locally sourced meats, seafood, and vegetables to ensure the highest quality in taste and freshness. Dishes are prepared with time honored technique, fiery chilies, and oriental spices. The “modern Chinese” space was inspired by owner Michelle Zhang from her recent trip to China. Intricate patterns on the panel screens, white marble table tops, espresso leather seats, and the crystal ball chandeliers dazzle.
