Sirens and Cider Dinner: 6 Chefs, 6 Ciders, 6 Courses

Join us for the first ever Sirens & Cider dinner
January 25 │6 – 9 p.m.

We are excited to introduce a farm-to-table dinner series that is all about the ladies – female chefs, female cidermakers, female producers. This special six-course meal showcases a collaboration of six local up-and-coming female chefs. Each exquisite course is paired with a unique cider from Alpenfire Organic Hard Cider. When possible, ingredients will be sourced from female producers, including Amy Rose from Chimacum Dairy, Susan Soltes from Bow Hill, and Janet Aubin of Finn River Farms. Chefs will present their dishes tableside with Nancy Bishop, co-owner and cidermaker at Alpenfire Organic Hard Cider, on hand to discuss the cider and answer questions.

Our chef lineup includes:

Sara Harvey – Chef De Cuisine, Capitol Cider
Kaleena Bliss – Chef De Cuisine, Mistral
Bobbie Mollenberg – Sous Chef, Spur
Mac Jarvis – Chef, Ernest Loves Agnes
Katie Gallego – Sous Chef, Orfeo
Emily Young – Chef De Cuisine, Old Sage

Space is filling up quickly so don’t delay! Cost is $85 per person. For reservations, email info@capitolcider.com.
