New Year’s Eve at Crush
Crush will be ringing in the New Year with a decadent tasting menu featuring Sturgeon Caviar, Ahi Tuna Tartar, Slow Roasted Salmon, and Upper Dry Creek Lamb Saddle. New Year’s Eve at Miller’s Guild + New Year’s Eve Dance Party
Seattle’s new, wood-fired restaurant will be welcoming guests on New Year’s Eve! Just opened this month, Miller’s Guild will be featuring its long-awaited a la carte menu featuring heritage breed meats and 75 day dry-aged beef, Mad Hatcher Bone-in Quail and Lamb Shoulder and Belly. Wood-fired meats will run alongside Giant Pacific Octopus, Slow Roasted Wild Salmon, Roasted Cauliflower with Preserved Lemon and Castelvetrano Olives, and specials, including wood-grilled lobster and more.
In addition, Miller’s Guild and Hotel Max will be featuring a New Year’s Eve Dance Party in the Hotel Max Lobby. The area will be transformed into a lounge and lit dance floor with Turntablist and DJ Gumbeaux spinning Classic R&B and Dance music from 10 p.m. – 2 a.m. Guests will receive two free drink tickets, a champagne toast atmidnight and hors d’oeuvres.
