Kiss and Tell with Copperworks Distilling this Valentine’s Day

Copperworks Distilling Company has teamed up with Scott Diaz, Beverage Manager at Elliott’s Oyster House, to create the perfect love-themed cocktail this Valentine’s Day.

The Copperworks-inspired “Kiss & Tell” cocktail is available at Elliott’s for $12 and will available fromFebruary 10th until just after Valentine’s Day. Or impress your sweetheart and make this cocktail at home!

Kiss & Tell
1 1/2 oz. Copperworks Gin
1/2 oz. broVo Rose Geranium Craft Strength
3/4 oz. Strawberry-sage Shrub
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine ingredients over ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Strawberry & Sage Shrub

2 cups Chopped Strawberries
3/4 cup Water
1 cup Superfine Sugar
3/4 cup Champagne Vinegar
15 to 20 Fresh Sage Leaves, Torn

Combine ingredients in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and stir, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to completely cool and place in the refrigerator overnight. Fine strain, bottle and refrigerate for up to a month.
