Delta is changing the way we think about in-flight dining that incorporates seasonal food and ingredients from local artisans and small-batch producers.

Delta Swap Chef brought together our partner chef, Linton Hopkins, Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson, and local chefs Ethan Stowell (Tavolta) and Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal), who collaborated together to create an exclusive culinary experience.
