To honor the one-year (paper) anniversary, bar manager Pete Stalvey will be shaking up some Paper Plane cocktails with bourbon, amaro nonino, aperol, and lemon for $11.

Opened in November of 2022, Bar Solea is chef Brendan McGill’s Italian trattoria and pizzeria. Located in The Exchange, one of Downtown Seattle’s historic buildings, the restaurant has a stylish art deco vibe with an elegant thirty-foot bar featuring a stellar selection Italian wines and cocktails.
