Carts & Carousels Easter Brunch at Ascend Prime

Easter is just 20 days out and we want to share a fun brunch experience happening at Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi. Elevator up to the 31st floor and enjoy breathtaking views of the Puget Sound. The Easter brunch experience shares a similar a dim sum hand cart concept, served tableside you can select from a variety of seasonal flavors in an exquisite, progressive brunch, offered on Sunday, March 31 from 10am to 3:30pm. 

In this all-inclusive midday affair, guests are invited to savor a variety of family-style dishes, handpick from revolving carousels of beverages and carts of whimsical bites, and select from an assortment of curated entrees. 

Menu highlights include:

  • Dragon fruit croissant and honey brie focaccia
  • Cured duck with foie toast
  • Wagyu short rib bites
  • Kurobota pork belly Benedict with a cipollini marmalade, Japanese milk bread, and charred shishito hollandaise
  • Akami wellington with a dashi jus, wakame crème fraiche, and watercress
  • Basque pandan cheesecake

At this unique dining experience, carts and carousels of food and drink roam throughout the restaurant, offered tableside to graze from, and each guest may select two entrees to enjoy as well. This multi-course Easter brunch is $145 per person and $40 for children ages 5-12 (children’s menu also available).
