Cactus Restaurants began in 1990 by offering Seattle innovative and inspired Southwestern, Mexican and Spanish cuisine from their humble Madison Park location, simply called Cactus. Home to Seattle’s first tapas bar, Cactus continued to innovate with seasonal menus, daily happy hour and handmade cocktails.
In early 2002 Cactus ventured east and opened a second restaurant in downtown Kirkland to great success. Realizing that proximity to large bodies of water was surely a good thing, Cactus quickly founded a third location right off Alki Beach in West Seattle. Eventually, Cactus set their sights on downtown Seattle in 2011 and opened a fourth location in the up-and-coming South Lake Union neighborhood. Finally, Cactus ventured east again and is proud to announce a fifth location in Bellevue Square.
Join Cactus for hand-crafted cocktails, daily happy hour, and the always innovative and inspired cuisines of the American Southwest and Mexico. Now open your eyes and take a look at some of the featured dishes at Cactus.
