Coming Soon: Buriyaki, Japanese Burger in Downtown Seattle

Along Seattle’s downtown district at the Marion food court, you’ll find an interesting new restaurant called Buriyaki. Details have not yet been spoiled but it looks like it will be a take on Japanese cuisine mixed with classic American burgers. A popular restaurant with a similar take on this is Katsu Burger in Georgetown, Seattle which was started by a sushi chef of 20 plus years named Hajime Sato who wanted to make Japanese cuisine more accessible to the American palate… a must try!
