On June 24th (tomorrow), Shibumi Seattle we will be hosting its fourth Omakase Event. The menu will be featuring fresh wagyū-niku from Japan. Wagyū-niku refers to the tender texture of the meat and its beautiful marbling. The grade will be A5, equivalent to BMS of 8-12.
There will be limited reservations available (maximum seating of 25 people) and will begin seating at 6:30 through 7:15 on the fifteen minute intervals.
