Shibumi Seattle to Host Fourth Omakase Dinner [Event]

On June 24th (tomorrow), Shibumi Seattle we will be hosting its fourth Omakase Event. The menu will be featuring fresh wagyū-niku from Japan. Wagyū-niku refers to the tender texture of the meat and its beautiful marbling. The grade will be A5, equivalent to BMS of 8-12.

There will be limited reservations available (maximum seating of 25 people) and will begin seating at 6:30 through 7:15 on the fifteen minute intervals. The maximum guests per table will be 6 and the cost of the dinner will be $175 per person. You can reserve your spot by calling: 206-397-4552. You can sample the daily menu here.
