Father’s Day at Ascend Prime

Perched in the clouds is Bellevue’s fine dining restaurant Ascend Prime & Sushi. This year, they have put together a Father’s Day menu that includes a Michter’s Whiskey Flight with four half-ounce pours of special selects from the heralded distillery, a G&T “Bowl,” applewood-smoked American wagyu steak tartare, wood-fire roasted black pepper-crusted eye of ribeye and foie gras rossini, and guanciale-wrapped venison loin. The menu is supplemental to the regular dining room menu and is available a la carte, Friday, June 18-Sunday, June 20.
