One of the most romantic dining locations in Seattle is preparing two special menus this Valentine’s Day. Ray’s Boathouse and Café are picturesque destinations for Valentine’s dinners and their menus offer the freshest seafood selections.

Ray’s Boathouse is offering an a la carte Valentine’s menu Thursday, February 12, through Sunday, February 15. Starter options include Lobster Salad for $15, Ahi and Foie Gras for $14, and Tempura Fried Oysters for $11. Main course items include Filet Mignon and Dungeness Crab Cake for $49, Wild Alaskan King for $45, and Barley Risotto, only $28. Order off the Valentine’s Day menu for an indulgent dessert and end your evening with the Dark Chocolate Champagne Cake, or Passion Fruit Cake, $8 each. Bell + Whete European Kitchen + Lounge
Bell + Whete European Kitchen + Lounge is known for its modern take on Old-World, Norman-inspired dishes. This Valentine’s Day celebrate with a gorgeous, decadent four-course menu.

Start with Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna and Lacto Preserved Vegetable Salad. Next, move to the Kuri Squash Vichyssoise with Oregon Black Truffles. Local 360 Cafe & Bar

Local 360 Cafe & Bar is celebrating Valentine’s Day all weekend this year with a wholesome three-course menu comprised completely of farm fresh, local ingredients. To start, enjoy South Sound Oyster and Sunchoke Chowder, Roasted Winter Vegetable Salad (gluten-free, vegan), or Chicken Mousseline. For your main event choose between Oregon Rabbit Confit (gluten-free), RR Ranch Beef Short Ribs (gluten-free), or Butternut Squash and Salsify Terrine (gluten-free, vegan). This Valentine’s Day treat your special someone to fine Indian food from Shanik restaurant in South Lake Union. Meeru Dhawala is cooking some of her favorite dishes from the world-renown Vij’s restaurant in Vancouver, Canada. Her four-course menu is full of savory spices and authentic flavor, with many vegetarian and meat options to choose from.

First course Amuse Bouche features Beet Bites with creamy chutney and fennel-candied walnuts. If you choose to indulge in the optional wine pairing, sip on the Rive Della Chiesa, Prosecco Brut NV with your starter. Maria Hines’ Golden Beetle recently received a refreshed look just in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The new, Mediterranean-inspired details create the perfect ambiance for a romantic dinner for two.

For the first course choose between Celeriac Soup and Moroccan Spiced Roasted Cauliflower. Enjoy the optional wine pairing and sip on Lampo, Borgoluce Brut Prosecco, Italy ’13. Cozy up in Wallingford’s favorite neighborhood restaurant, Tilth, this Valentine’s Day and enjoy a beautiful prixe fixe menu at the restaurant that earned Maria Hines her James Beard Award.

Highlighting winter ingredients, start the meal with Pacific Oysters, Sunchoke Soup or Rabbit Rillette. Next, choose between Taylor Shellfish Clams, Coffee Roasted Celery Root Salad, or Grilled Broken Arrow Ranch Quail.
